Roto-fab Business Policies

WARRANTIES POLICY-- Roto-fab makes every effort to ensure our products are made to the highest standard. Roto-fab products carry a 1 year warranty against defects or material or craftsmanship. Remedy is limited to replacement of the defective Roto-fab component(s). Original invoice must be provided.  If a part is defective Roto-fab will, at it's own discretion, repair or replace the defective part. 


PAYMENTS-- We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. We also accept PayPal payments from verified PayPal accounts. Please contact our sales department for more information. Sorry, NO COD's!!!


EMISSIONS-- Roto-fab is not responsible for parts not being smog-legal in your state. Many parts are not legal for sale or use in California, or on any pollution controlled vehicle. It is your responsibility to be aware of your local emissions laws and checking for legality of any parts purchased.

SHIPPING-- Orders placed after 12:00 pm MST Monday through Friday, weekends, or observed Holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping and Insurance are additional on each item unless otherwise specified. Next Day Air and Second Day Air delivery are available upon request for an additional charge. Please call or e-mail if you have any questions regarding shipping charges on a specific product. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses, and some international orders may be shipped via US Mail. These orders may be subject to additional charges.


RETURNS POLICY-- We strive to provide detailed product information to aid in your purchasing decision.  If you have any questions, we are eager to answer them.  We cannot accept returns on parts that have been installed, used, or altered in any way.  Parts that have been ordered with custom color paint work or custom finish cannot be returned, nor can the order be cancelled if the order is already in process.  No returns will be accepted after 15 days.  Returns are only accepted if the product is received in new condition and in the original packaging.  Damaged product will result in additional fees.  To initiate a return, please contact Roto-fab for an RMA number and instructions.  Product returned to Roto-fab without an RMA number may be subject to additional fees or completely rejected.  A 15% restocking fee will apply to any returned item.  The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
