SHIPPING--Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, weekends, or observed Holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping and Insurance are additional on each item unless otherwise specified. Next Day Air and Second Day Air delivery are available upon request for an additional charge. Please call or e-mail if you have any questions regarding shipping charges on a specific product. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses, and some international orders may be shipped via US Mail. These orders may be subject to additional charges.

RETURNS POLICY--We strive to provide detailed product information to aid in your purchasing decision. If you have any questions, we are eager to answer them. We cannot accept returns on parts that have been installed, used, or altered in any way . Parts that have been ordered with custom color paint work or custom finish cannot be returned, nor can the order be cancelled if the part is already in process at one of our finishing vendors. No returns will be accepted after 15 days. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Please call 260.375.4480 for return authorization and instructions. Returns must be in original packaging and unused condition. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice. A 15% restocking fee will apply to any returned item. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
